Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing period.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DevFlowFix and are protected by intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.
You retain all rights to your code and data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
AI-generated fixes are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all automated changes before deploying them to production.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEVFLOWFIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DevFlowFix and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We will provide a reasonable period to export your data before deletion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where DevFlowFix is headquartered.
